Gboyega joined the FCMB group in 2003 as the divisional head of stock broking, asset management and registrar of business. Prior to joining FCMB, he was with Merrill Lynch International Bank London in the Private Wealth Management department.

He is a member of the New York Stock Exchange (Series 7), and the London Stock Exchange, through his accreditation with Futures and Securities Association Registration (SFA).

He also holds an Investment Management Certificate from the Securities Institute (United Kingdom) and has completed Part 1 of the Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Management from the University of London (Royal Holloway College), and an M.Sc in Property Investment from City University, London.

Charles joined the FCMB group in 2008 as sales director for CSL. Prior to joining FCMB, he was Director at Uralsib, a Russian equity firm.

He has over 25 years experience as an equity sales professional specializing in emerging markets to a European client base. His career began with Raiffeisen in Warsaw. He had a stint at EMEA working in a number of key roles including as Head EMEA Sales for equity business for Unicredito in London and Director in EMEA equity Sales with ING Financial markets.

Charles holds an MA in Oriental Studies and Economics from Cambridge. Charles speaks 7 foreign languages, including English, French, German, Polish, Italian, Spanish and Russian.

Temi joined the FCMB group as Head, Private Client Services. Prior to joining CSL, he spent some years in New York with Bank of America securities where he was responsible for managing the bank's financial and industrial equity derivative portfolio.

While at BoA, he gained extensive experience helping clients develop strategies that help maximize returns while managing risk. He has also worked as an asset manager with Material Managers in London and he was very recently the Head of Structured Products at the United Bank for Africa, Lagos where he was responsible for investing the bank's capital across numerous asset classes on exchanges in New York and London. He is the co-founder of Centurion capital partners, an asset management firm based in New York.

Temi holds a First Class degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos and obtained a Masters Degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Simon joined the FCMB group as Head, Institutional Sales for CSL Stockbrokers Limited. His last assignment before joining the Company was at Dunn Loren Merrifield where he was the Director and Head of Sales and Distribution for all exchange traded, OTC and private securities to include Federal Government Bonds, State Bonds, Corporate Bonds, T-bills, Loans, Commercial Paper, Bank Assurances, Certificates of Deposit and Asset Backed Securities both domestically and internationally.

Prior to this role, he was Head of Sales at Zenith Capital Markets. Simon joins the Company with over 16years hands-on experience, garnered across industries specifically in the UK and US. He began his career as a Director of sales at Hoare Govett and has ridden the sales profession through a number of organizations where he was awarded No.1 Salesman on several occasions.

In 2007, he joined ARM Investments as Head of Fixed Income where he stayed for a year before moving on to Zenith Capital Markets. He is FSA certified and has a wealth of experience covering the capital market, bonds market, trading, fixed income, equities market and credit derivatives market.

Bode joined the FCMB group as Head of marketing and business development for the Asset Management business at CSL. He started his career in 1996 as a Research & Investment Analyst with Premium Securities Limited (PSL) before moving to the banking industry.

He has worked with Zenith International Bank, Access Bank Plc, and National Bank (now Wema Bank). His banking experience spans through Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Internal control/Audit and Commercial Banking. He is a qualified Stockbroker and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Bode holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics (First Class honours) and a Master of Science degree in Economics, both from University of Ibadan.

Wilfred joined the FCMB group as Head, Investment Research for CSL Stockbrokers Limited. His last assignment before joining the Company was at Renaissance Capital, Kiev Ukraine where he worked as the Head of Research. Prior to this role, he was a Partner in HEXAM Capital Partners in London.

Wilfred comes to the Company with 11 years hands-on experience, garnered across industries. He began his career as an Analyst for a Middle East and Africa Sales team. From there he moved on to Barring Asset Management in London where he was an Investment Manager for 5years in global emerging markets.

At HEXAM Capital Partners, he was Co Manager for the Emerging Europe Product for 2 years before migrating to Renaissance Capital in Kiev, Ukraine. He is a chartered CFA Holder and has a Bachelor degree in Finance from University of Manchester and an MSc (Finance) from the University of Lancaster in the UK. He is the recipient of several awards both academic and professional of which are ESRC Award and voted 2009's No.1 Research Institutional Investor in Ukraine.

Wale joined the FCMB group as Head, Corporate Strategy and Development of CSL. Prior to joining CSL he had a short stint with Diamond Capital as the Head of Corporate Advisory and Research.

He worked with De' Haastrup Communication as a business development executive; Intercontinental Bank as a relationship manager; Strategy Safari as a management consultant and Wema Securities and Finance as Head of Corporate Planning and Business Development. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute. He holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Science from the University of Ilorin and an MBA from Cranfield University, UK.

Joan joined the FCMB group in 2007 as Head of Human resources for the CSL. She comes to the company with over 12 years experience in a range of HR and business skills in the Private and Public sector. She started her career as a Career Counselor for five years in Cameroon, before moving to the Netherlands in 1995.

She worked briefly in IT and then as a Consultant with Shell International in 2002, in The Hague where she Initiated and developed work strategies and global initiatives to improve international mobility. Before rejoining Shell, in December 2005, she undertook and completed a project with the International Criminal Court in The Hague completing over 350 job evaluations currently being used for vacancy announcements and performance appraisals.

When she rejoined shell in 2005, she was the Recruitment Data Manager with the new initiative, Shell Technology India (STI) set up in Bangalore India, and subsequently the Learning & Development Coordinator for STI where she coordinated the learning and development agenda for STI and 6 other Shell companies in India. Joan holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and a Post Graduate Degree in Psychology/Counseling.

Adekunle joined the FCMB group in 2004 as Head, Financial Control and Settlements. Prior to joining the group, he worked with the following companies in different capacities Toyota Nigeria Limited, Adewale Osinowo & Co, United Bank for Africa, Leadway Assurance Company Limited and KPMG.

He has attended several courses both locally and internationally. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is an Associate member of Chartered Institutes of Taxation of Nigeria and a certified member of Institute of Financial Consultant. Awoderu holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy.

Imade joined the FCMB group in 2008 as Chief Money Laundering & Compliance Officer. She comes to the company with over 8 years experience. Prior to joining the group, she was with T. Rowe Price from 2004 to 2008 as an investment compliance specialist.

She later moved to Goldman Sachs where she worked as the Compliance Officer: Fixed Income, Bank Loans, Money Markets & Municipal Trading before joining CSL Stockbrokers Ltd in the United States and Nigeria. In the course of 8 years experience, Imad has been able to develop an extensive knowledge of compliance, risk management and best practice for day to day business operations.

She applies her extensive background in her role as Head, Risk Management, Control & Compliance to guide the risk management and compliance oversight roles of the business and keeping the executive management apprised of significant developments in the industry. Imade holds a Bsc in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and an MBA from the University of Maryland University College.
